2. Hosting & Access Data (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted as a static site using Cloudflare Pages.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser information). This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably.

Access data is generally stored only for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation)

A transfer to third countries, especially the USA, cannot be ruled out.

Where required, transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decision/EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses), insofar as provided by the provider.

3. Contact Form (Formspree)

If you contact us via the contact form, the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) is transmitted to Formspree. Formspree only forwards the inquiry data to our email address. Your request is processed in our mailbox and on our systems.

The data is used exclusively to process your request and is not used for marketing or tracking purposes.

The data is stored only for as long as necessary to process your request and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for the technical service providers mentioned above (Cloudflare, Formspree), where required for operating the website.
